The delegation included KECAN’s Immediate President Ganesh Sharma, Acting President Shashi Prasad Bhattarai, General Secretary Naresh Prasad Sendai, alongside FECE Nepal President Rajendra Baral, Executive Vice President Sesh Raj Bhattarai, Vice Presidents Hemanta Bhattarai and Basudev Nepal, and General Secretary Uddhav Bahadur Khadka.

Minister Pant announced the formation of a **specialized committee** mandated to submit actionable recommendations *within two months* to streamline NOC processes. Crucially, he confirmed: *“All students who submitted NOC applications by 10th May 2025 will receive their certifications promptly once the committee finalizes its review protocols.”* This decision directly addresses months of administrative delays impacting thousands of Nepali students pursuing higher education in South Korea.
